Pest Control Fleas

Flea are treated using the chemical Demand C.S, which is a modern biodegradable insecticide, this chemical is very safe and one of the best insecticides on the market.

Fleas generally live in carpets but can move to clothing and beds seeking food before returning to the carpets. Flea infestations generally occur due to domestic animals, your own or a visiting pet, but occasionally can be brought in on cloths of visitors.

After treatment surfaces should be left to dry before touching with bare skin, if bare skin does touch wet surfaces wash to remove.

The first vacuum of treated areas should be two weeks after treatment, and the vacuum bag removed and disposed of. Daily or twice daily vacuuming is recommended for the first week after recommencing vacuuming. It is important to understand that the flea infestation will not be controlled immediately, and may increase slightly after seeming to die out within a 7-14 day period. Fleas may be present for up to 21 days after treatment.

Domestic treatments are guarantied (treated areas only) for one month after treatment, where no more than 2 domestic animals live. In shared, communal or multi occupancy buildings, it may be necessary to spray on a monthly basis until the infestation is eradicated.
